English language is the most important language in the world!!!! In Our Lady's secondary school this language is very important and all students learn English as a main language..

English Language’, or ‘English Linguistics’, focuses on the past and present uses of the English Language in both non-literary and literary forms, from everyday conversation to poetry, novels, plays

We study these things not only with reference to present-day English but also in relation to the history of the English language, including the study of medieval English literature and of manuscripts, and the study of names.

Other students acted as adjudicators, timekeeper and chairperson. The aim of the debate was to encourage group work and to improve public speaking skills. Below are some of the students in action.
